About Me

Welcome.

You are here for a reason. Each one of us has a purpose in life. I believe that the more that we help each other, the more that we are able to grow as individuals

The source of my greatest joy and inner peace is Jesus Christ. I have faced many challenges in life, and have been able to continue to move forward and find healing through Jesus Christ. I do not know where I would be today if it was not for the knowledge that God loves me, He knows me, and wants to give me what I need in this life to have joy.

I am passionate about many things. I am passionate about God, my family, music, writing and helping others heal. I have been involved in the community on many levels. I have found that I feel much more fulfilled when I am helping and serving others.

I am currently an Instructor at Southwest Applied Technology College for the Work Place Foundations Program. I expanded the curriculum shortly after being hired to a more hands-on approach. The focus of the program is to prepare adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to be prepared for the workforce.

I released a CD called "Only Prayers Away." It is my gift to the world. Through it I share how I found hope and healing. I have additional songs that I have written. They are about different life experiences, and I hope that they will help others through their own personal hardships and trials when they hear them. They can be found here: Charity Angel Songs

I am an author. I have written many articles that are attributed to me that are focused on principles of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There are 1000's of articles online that I have written that will never have my name on them that I have written as a ghostwriter. I own two small businesses. Charity Angel's Creations, and Healing Emotions.

I have authored a short booklet that I hope will help many people discover who they are and what they can becom called What Lies in Your Journey?

I have also completed the first book in my new series called "Mending Angel's Wings", it is based on a true story. This book is full of vivid descriptive detail that those who have been able to preview it through the writing process have loved. It is a story about a young woman's journey through this life, the experiences that she had, and how she overcame hardship and abuse. It is a story about finding the purpose of life, and finding joy in the journey. Those who have faced abuse in their own lives are likely to find this book to be very insightful and healing.

I believe that everyone has the opportunity to continue to choose to learn and grow for the rest of their lives, and those who choose to do this will find fulfillment. While attending SUU in the fall of 2014, I became inspired to write a children's book called, "It's Not Your Fault." This project is specifically for children who are interviewed at the Children's Justice Center.

I am currently a student at SUU and Pathway (A partnership with BYU-I) It is my hope to continue to work towards my bachelor degree and eventually teach Institute and Seminary classes, as well as counsel others. There are a couple different avenues that I am interested in when it comes to counseling, but as time goes on, I am sure I will refine it.

It is my hope that I will be able to assist many as they are traveling through this journey we call life to reach their full potential.
